知音啊,不过我还没练到睁眼睡的境界,不过站着睡倒是可以,现在我还有一段以前老师的录音用以催眠...

楼主真的好厉害，睁着眼抬头都能睡，我的境界也就是站着睡，相比较于楼主，我甘拜下风。
